Unlike cash, myCampusMonitor Smart ID Card comes with a PIN, which is unique per user.

myCampusMonitor admin module provides daily detailed reports on sales from various outlets within school boundaries. These provide important information about spending habits of your school community and could help drive more profitable activities in future.

myCampusMonitor does not have a Payment Gateway of it own as of now (to be introduced soon) and relies on Payment Gateway being used at school. The security provided is at the same level as the school provides to parents when they use other payment facilities online.

Training on using various modules shall be provided to all support staff that would be managing the system. However the system is designed in such a way that it does not need any initial knowledge of IT/Computers, as all hardware is pre configured and plug & play.
